Flexisales Inc. is looking for Lead Generation executives. The right candidate will have a B2B marketing background along with experience developing and executing lead generation campaigns. Being well-versed in the 'execute, track, optimize' cycle that drives lead gen success is key.
The Lead Generation Executives will work directly with the Delivery team, Marketing Team and other groups across the company to develop and rollout lead generation initiatives. We work in a 24x5 work environment (Saturday & Sunday off). The ability to develop and test new concepts to achieve our evolving goals is required, and the position requires a go-getter attitude with a strong background in program management and communication.
Key Responsibilities (LGE)
- Working from customer lists and/or database, make outbound follow-up calls to client's existing customers or prospects to qualify leads and sell products and service contracts.
- Speaking with Key Decision Makers /influencers to promote the services.
- Using previous marketing experience overcome technical and business objections of prospective customers.
- Emphasize features and benefits of represented products/services, provide accurate quotes, and determine appropriate escalation point to provide solutions to customer issues.
- Meet or exceed all marketing quotas and activity objectives in assigned territory
- Actively profile all customers and use effective telephone selling skills to promote client's products.
- Build and maintain an accurate customer/prospect database by profiling and capturing relevant customer/prospect information.
- Recommend improvements or changes to internal processes and data processing to meet or exceed marketing goals, and to achieve the highest level of client customer satisfaction.
- Attend Process/quality training, lectures, and presentations as required.
Skill Sets, Competencies & Eligibility Criteria
- Fluent Verbal and Written Communication skills in English.
- Sales/marketing Aptitude
- Basic IT know-how i.e. understanding application of Information Technology
- Prior inside sales/marketing experience will be an added advantage.
- Post Graduates & Graduates from all streams; BBA IT, BCA, BCS and B.E. with specialization IT will be preferred.
- Flexible to work in a 24X5 environment.

Position Summary provides
The Business Development Manager, calls and sells company services to new prospects and is responsible to achieve the assigned monthly and annual sales target.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Planning: Identifies high potential sales opportunities and prioritizes them. Builds rapport and educates customers with our services
- Qualifying and Analyzing: Leads and develops account strategy using customer's growth plans, budget, and project timelines.
- Proposing and Closing: Submits and presents the customer with a finalized collaborative proposal with solutions, justifications, and expected results to overcome objections and win the business with maximum revenue/margin.
- Validating Value: Engages sales management to validate the business impact.
- Building a Business Case: Articulates client's value and provides an overview of Our services.
- Reporting: Completes regular reports as required, including pipeline updates
- Experience in a direct sales role required.
- Experience selling technology and/or technology service.
- Ability to manage multiple, complex sales campaigns.
- Should have hands on Experience in IT Sales
- Corporate sales and lead generation.
- Responsible for creating new account for providing IT services.
- Cold calling and meeting corporate to understand their IT Projects requirements.
