Job Responsibilities

  • Managing subordinates in the team assigned
  • Deploying headcounts on the given allocation as per SLA
  • Tracking performance, productivity, attendance and adherence in order to achieve goals in a timely manner without compromising any quality and compliance
  • Disseminating daily, weekly and monthly trackers to the WFM, Managers and management on a regular basis
  • Creating zestful work environment inducing the optimum level of productivity from resources
  • Achieving monthly Targets and making sure that disqualifications remains limited to minimum numbers
  • Allocating campaigns to team members on daily basis
  • Monitoring & reporting on standards & performance targets
  • Arranging & chairing weekly team meetings, focusing on targets & Achievements
  • Understanding the criteria and responsibilities of a team leader by maximizing output in the department to foster organizational growth.
  • Responsible for handling campaigns across the globe, primarily focusing on the US market and APAC region
  • Create scripts as per campaign specifications and ensure the campaign is executed as per client’s requirement
  • Ensuring adequate data is available for calling on a specific campaign & help the team to research using various resources
  • Q&A, feedback to the team basis process and campaign requirement
  • Provide additional insights to the management team on campaigns by analysing data points & campaign output
  • Daily coordination with client on Process improvement, Resource allocation & Workflow management
  • Coaching & Feedback
  • Attrition management /Productivity management
  • Hourly/Daily/Weekly performance tracking to ensure end goals are met
  • Provide daily performance update to the team & ensure rigor on all metrics
  • Manage daily asset files of different clients for the process
  • Rework on lead rejections basis quality norms & convert them to prospect leads

Job Timings – 6:30 pm to 3:30 am (Fixed shift)

Fixed Saturday-Sunday Off
